Abstract
Introduction and Importance of the Research Given the importance of special physical training capacity through the indicator of speed which gives the clarity of the phenomenon of the rapid ability of the players of the 400 meters freestyle running whether the speed or acceleration is positive, or regular or negative ,so the researcher went to prepare special tests based on the indicators of different speed according to pick up the emergence of types of speed to find a relationship between these indicators on the one hand and some physical abilities of the runners of 400 meters running on the other hand. Therefore, the importance of research is to take shape in the possibility of accelerating the use of indicators to deduce the real distance on the ground that show the ability of acceleration and speed regularity and its decreasing and to find a relationship between them, which can give quick solutions when preparing the programmes that belong to the speed capacity and carrying for special speed. Research problem The problem is that is there the possibility to monitor the emergence of this point in the athlete through following-up his leveled speed and maintain it as much as possible using the analysis of motor to measure the speed index achieved by the athlete, which implies an effective activity to exert the required force necessary for the continuation of accelerated,( according to Newton's second law), which gives the opportunity to the coach for the diagnosis for the preparation of training curricula to develop special capacities in this competition to maintain the continuation of the runner in his regular speed as much as possible for the longest possible distance. Research Objectives The objectives of the research were as follows: 1. To identify the values of the positive , regular and negative speed and its special spaces and some of the physical abilities of the elites of 400- 03 meter runners. 2. Identify the nature of the relationship between the variables of speed and physical abilities and achievement of 400 meters running. Research Hypotheses The research hypotheses were: 1. There is statistically significant relationship between indicators of speed and its distances and the accomplishment. 2. There is statistically significant relationship between some physical abilities and indicators of speed. Research areas The areas of research were: 1. The human domain: A group of elite of 400-meter runners in Jordan 2. The time domain: the period of 4/2/21010 up to 20 /2/ 2010 3. Spatial domain: College of Sport Education stadiums - Irbid – Jordan Conclusions The research findings were as follows: 1. That the carrying capacity of speed have a significant effect on accomplishment in the 400 meters competition. 2. That both capacities of speed and of the bearing capacity of the Force are playing an important role in the integration of achievement for the 400-meter runners. 3. That the carrying capacity of the force was not the required level and quality of the sample according to the result of engagement emerged. 4. That both the positive and negative distance speed were good for the research sample individuals compared to the distance of regular speed .
