Shaima Ali Khamis The elements of physical fitness is the main part in the success of any team they supply the player's intention Alibd elements that contribute to the consolidation and mastery of skill and performance optimal. The game of volleyball games, which is characterized by its dependence on prescription muscle strength is highly dependent because of the skills you need for this type of physical performance, we find that the skills of offensive volleyball, including the skill of beating overwhelming that performance needs to be prescription muscle strength in general, and an explosive power in private, which is part of the muscle strength, which are considered offensive skill with a high performance of the skills that play a major role in achieving significant results for any team and make the difference of the advanced, so shall the athlete any attention to this point and give it some importance. According to the above, the importance of research lies in knowing the relationship between the strength and explosive power of the arms and legs and the performance skills of crushing the ball hit the plane, and how they impact on each other. The entrenchment of the performance skills of the player depends heavily on the physical setup and provides elements of fitness Alibd faith in the performance of the various skills of the player.
