Bassam Sami Dawood The exercise of remedies in the important and successful treatment of many musculoskeletal injuries and bone and articular, has been observed recently used extensively by specialists working in the field of sports medicine and rehabilitation treatment, because of its positive results on the health of the injured. There are a lot of injured patients in the shoulder joint has been treated in different ways, including conservative treatment of any adoption of therapeutic exercises, medicine and some of them were treated with the conduct of open joint In both cases, the therapeutic exercises of great benefit in working to strengthen the muscles working on the shoulder joint in addition to prevent motor pointedness which occur in this joint.
