| Efficiency of physical and some psychological variables to the rulers of first-class football and its relationship to the level of performance A. M. D. Amer Saeed Kikhany Football game is number one in the sequence of games in the Olympics, as well as to attract the attention of most sports fans because of the fun in the performance and fun in the follow-up and sought specialists always to develop the game and make it the most attractive among the sports and even the development of the game were the main objectives have fun public as well as the safety of the players and the equality between the two teams where the emphasis was placed on the rulers of the ball that is to avoid errors and maintain the safety of the players and fun to watch the beautiful law was applied in which the wisdom and knowledge After what providers are aware that the law is a tool for making glitter more than football, so care specialists and researchers to those who hold to apply the rules of the game in the grass in terms of their physical, psychological and other qualifications that make them able to manage games in football, accuracy and success. In Iraq, did not fail to seek in it for the development of the game and do not recognize the importance of physical fitness and personal abilities and psychological to the rulers and the relationship of all these variables, the level of government to lead the game prompts us to recall that the importance of our research now lies in the identification of efficient physical in football referees accredited Iraqi as well as identify on psychological variables important to have this on the other hand, identify the degree of relationship between physical competence and psychological variables with the level of their performance in the leadership of the games. The problem with the research and clearly not to be identified and accurately on the levels authorized in the Iraqi Central football in the variables efficiency of physical and personal characteristics and the concern of the case and that the variable fitness known, the variables other than the well-known all of which were face-to-the problem is addressed to the other is the failure to recognize the relationship of these variables accurately manage the referees for their games and the level of their performance in the leadership. The research aims to 1 - identify the physical efficiency of the rulers of first-class certified in the Iraqi Central Football League. 2 - identify the personal characteristics of the rulers of first-class certified in the Iraqi Central Football 3 - identify the situation of concern to the rulers of first-class certified in the Iraqi Central Football League. 4 - identify the level of performance to the rulers of first-class certified in the Iraqi Central Football League. 5 - to identify the correlation between the efficiency of physical and personal characteristics and the concern of the situation with the performance of referees accredited to the Iraqi Central Football League. | ||
