| Abstract | ||
| The aim of the research is to know the important reasons that lead to retreat the technician performance standard of the Iraqi sport teams . The descriptive procedure has been taking on one hundred persons working in sport field (teachers, coaches, supervisors , refries ) . The researcher has con clouded the following : Lack of long term planning of specialized sport committees . Lack of material ability that introduced by the ministry of youth . There is weak concern of establishing stadiums and hulls sports by the ministry of youth . The controlling of some persons out of the sport specialization , on most sport clubs . The researcher has recommended the following direction : The ministry of youth will introduce financial , managerial and service support to the sport field and re build the infrastructure of Iraqi sports . The ministry of youth The ministry of youth provide the equipments and instruments and necessaries sports according to plans that achieve all needs of Iraqi clubs. The importance of application of establishing instruction of their members . | ||
