| Abstract | ||
| The research aims at studying the impact of re-engineering service operations in making small projects successful. The study adopted an analytical approach to data collected from the registry of the samples of the research , such as sales registry and day to day expenses using (ٍSPSS) in analyzing the data of the research. The main result of the study showed that the re-engineering of service operations play an important role in making small projects successful. | ||
