Abstract
The research has depend on how to increase the efficiency of
Mel frequency Cepstrum coefficient (MFCC) technique in speaker
identification process using the issued voice signal transmitted by
speaker. The system has been applied on 18 person and with constant
text, and close set. The average results of identification for the latter
“A” are (83.334%), and for the latter “B” are (72.22%), and so on
with “D” are (66.667%). The system has proved high efficiency.
