| This research aims to prepare lessons for the recovery by using tools to help according special bio-changes in order to repair some deformed in the backbone like the backbone bow and side bow and also to recognize the effect of this recovery program on some of body abilities because some of the stages especially from (10-12) years could be effected and deformed by the wrong usage in the balance of binding and muscles and the wrong usage of the other parts of the body during the practices especially in the working places and the bad habits and the wrong practice and bad feeding . These differences in the body abilities and repairing these deforms in the backbone.
