Abstract
The research included five gates: Introduction and the research importance : The research importance lies in creating true scientific basis at choosing appropriate ,effective , successful training style throughout applying and usage of Ultra-max. intensity trainings at limiting the critical speed period . Research Problem It is underuse of training styles and minimizing these styles ,by the concerning training load contents , as well as never applying the of high Ultra-max. intensity periodic training . Research aims 1. To prepare the Ultra-max. intensity trainings accordance to limiting the critical speed period to develop the short-distance speed endurance مجلة الریاضة المعاصرة ..... المجلد الثامن ......العدد العاشر .... 2009 م ١٤٠ of the two distances(800m – 1500m)runners. 2. Recognizing on the these training effect on the Ultra-max. intensity concerning to period determination. Research Hypothesis There are statistical significances differences between the variables pre and post-tests of research variables of pretest interest , as well as the research fields which included (the human field"12" runners of" 800m ,1500m " activity), the time field , spatial field. The second gate has included the research theoretical studies . The third gate included the followings : Research approach (training): By the two equivalent group, pretest and posttest style . The fourth gate: Included on displaying ,analyzing and discussion results that obtained by two researchers . The fifth gate : Included on the conclusions and recommendations as following : The work style of Ultra-max. intensity in accordance of limiting the critical speed period led to develop the short-distance speed endurance, performance the (800m,1500m)activity for all sample individuals of research. Recommendations , was necessity to carrying our the researches and studies to develop the speed endurance throughout its divisions for other similar activities , limiting the critical speed periods at using the Ultra –max. intensity
