| The research includes two main categories , which are the investigations of : 1 . The effect of using agility trainings in some physical properties on football . 2 . The effect of using agility trainings in some basic skills on football . The researchers used the experimental method for their suitability to the nature of research. The sample used consists of 12 players classified as youth players , represents 57.14% from the research society. The researchers design several questioner form for physical properties and basic skills and their tests. The forms were given to group of specialists in football game field. Then researchers adopted the physical properties and basic skills and their tests which have an agreement of 75% and more. The researchers adopted the one-group's experimental design method with two tests, before and after tests, and the sample was tested with physical and skill tests adopted in researches, then obtaining the time of maximum performance, for trainings used in training program of agility property. Some preliminarily tests regarded to research were also conducted. The researchers concluded the following : -It is proved that training program for general agility is effective in developing the players of research sample in general agility properties and other physical properties under research . -The training program for general agility training give good development for the players in research sample in physical properties and basic skills under research, which refer to enhancement in player performance in the mentioned physical properties and basic skills . The researchers recommended that the training programs can be used for general agility and adopted by coaches of football game in the stage of general preparation, since it has a great effects in developing the general agility property for football game, in addition to the effect in other physical properties and basic skills in the football game | ||
