| Abstract | ||
| The aim of the study is introducing the effect of teaching building exercises for developing some basic skills of handball. These exercises intend to be pile for developing of basic physical skills. To fulfill the aim of the study an experiment has been designed. The sample of the study is (50) students from first year intermediate stage for مجلة الریاضة المعاصرة ..... المجلد الثامن ......العدد العاشر .... 2009 م ٢٤١ girls. The sample is divided into two groups. The experimental group includes (25) girls students which have been taught by the proposed programme. While the control group includes (25) girls students, they have been taught by the traditional programme. After using the handball tests, it has been found that the building exercises have positive effect for developing some basic skills of handball. It has been recommended to use building exercises in teaching different physical skills for renew and variety of objectives | ||
