| The contribution of some physical measurements and physical abilities in the skill of hitting the ball crushing plane M. M. shahba'a Ahmed Hussein Research Summary The research aims to identify the relationship measurements of physical and physical abilities to perform the skill beating overwhelming and to identify the contribution of measurements of physical and physical abilities to perform the skill beating overwhelming, and the researcher used the descriptive method, either sample has included players from youth team's (10) players have researcher used some of the physical measurements and physical capacities nominated by experts and specialists, after the use of statistical methods appropriate to the researcher reached the following conclusions: a significant correlation between some measurements of physical performance and skill with the ball beating the overwhelming plane. a significant correlation between some physical abilities and performance of the skill of hitting the ball crushing plane. percentage contribution of some measurements of physical skill in the performance of beating the plane was crushing the ball good, which confirms the effectiveness of these measurements in terms of performance skill. the contribution of physical capacities in the performance of the skill with the ball beating overwhelming the plane was good, which confirms the effectiveness of these capabilities in the performance of skill. The recommendations were as follows: emphasis on the importance of physical measurements and physical capacities that showed significant relationships and rates of contribution to the performance of the skill of beating overwhelming and work on development and development and take that into account in program development and training plans. emphasis on physical testing on a regular basis to evaluate the level of player. the need for physical measurements and physical abilities when selecting players for volleyball. | ||
