And according to the previous , the target research draws in two main points and as follows :
Recognizing the effects of the trainings ( plyometric , weights ) in developing ( explosion ability of the legs , shooting from jumping skill ) of the youths basketball players in Samawa Sport Club .
Knowing the difference between the effect of each trainings ( plyometric , weights ) in developing ( explosion ability of the legs , shooting from jumping skill ) of the youths basketball players in Samawa Sport Club .
And for achieving this target we were using the experimental method ( the two equipollent samples ) , and the tools of the research corresponded by youths basketball players rate (20 – 21 ) years old members in Samawa Sport Club , however the devices of data collecting … and after a series of fields procedures which delegated in two tests ( vertical jumping from steady-state , and precision of shooting from jumping ), and ensuring from its validity to measures the two research variables ( the explosion ability of the legs , and shooting from jumping ) , and starting to performing the main experiment , the researcher reach to : the importance of each trainings ( weights , plyometric ) in developing the (the explosion ability of the legs ) and therefore the (precision of shooting from jumping) of the youths basketball players rate (20-21) years old . |
