| Evaluation Its relation ship With education Competenctin of Lecture sport of babl university according to their point of view their students Abstract The process of evaluation of lecturer per from help establishmet education to achieve some aims so that the lesearcher prepared these leseaches to find out the abliltity of lecturer of education sport of babl university according to ( iso) which has been used by babl university recently . These lesearches include the role of lectuer, the ability of lecturer, ( iso ) which has been used by babl university recently . These lesearches include the role of lecturer, the of lecturer, iso and how we can apply them in the higher education in fact they leduced the describtion curriculmin survey way because it is suitable for these kind of lesearches. Total number ( 95,79 % ) persent from original number . The lesearchers prepared questionnaire and gave it to the students to know their point of view . They leached to the following lesults . Couragement when they decide some thing , don'tfeel afraid from the fail from the fail and defend about their thoughts and ideas and these lesults get the higher persent between the male while the point of know ledge critieism analysis in the light of modern theory get the higher persent between female . there were some requests continuous evaluation in applying ( iso ) in the higher education and establish ment sport. Develop the ability of lectuer in professional way toreduce the weakness in their perform , they should follow the standards in promotion the member of lectuers establish ment males seminar to talks about the problems of training which are faced by the studnts and how we can solve them according t ( iso ). | ||
