Abstract
Study the phenomenon of psychological climate for women's teams Volleyball and its relationship Bangaizen in the league Iraqi Summary: This study aimed to identify the psychological climate for the teams in women's volleyball and their relationship to Bangaizen in the Iraqi league depending on the variables the following "Centre Play" and the hand used "To achieve this, the study was conducted on a sample of (75) Player of the players clubs Iraq, representing a growth (52%) of the study original and of (95) for the player. and to collect data of the study and achieve their goals and then use the descriptive approach. The measure of psychological climate for sports teams in the design of Allawi (1998) underwent laboratory honesty, stability, and results showed that the psychological climate for the teams in women is characterized by a happy medium significantly until I got the relative percentage of the response have to (77.26%) The results also showed that there was no statistically significant differences in the psychological climate for women volleyball teams and their relationship to achievement in the top Iraq according to the variable position and hand strike.
