| Organizational structure proposed for the management of extra-curricular activity in the form of technical education A. M. Dr. Ismail Khalil Ibrahim M. M. Qasim Raza Abbas Research Summary Touched researchers at the forefront of research to the role of extracurricular activity after the discovery of a fertile field for the talents of students and their development and refinement, among the tasks that must be undertaken by the educational institutions of all stages and levels, including the technical education. And identified the research problem not to the current organizational structure appropriate for the management of extracurricular activity to fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to him. The objective understanding of Search: - Identify the appropriateness of the current organizational structure for the management of extra-curricular activity in the form of technical education to perform the tasks entrusted to it. - Develop an organizational structure proposed for the management of extra-curricular activity in the form of technical education. Eating and researchers in theoretical studies Doraltnzim to the success of the administration, and the importance of extracurricular activity. The researchers adopted the resolution as a tool, and teachers of physical education in colleges and institutes of technical education, the sample of their research. Results were analyzed and discussed, and the most prominent conclusions: - The emergence of significant differences in the responses of the sample for the re-formulation of the organizational structure for the management of extra-curricular activity in the form of technical education. - The emergence of significant difference in favor of the existence of owners specialized in various kinds of extracurricular activity extracurricular activity in the departments in the Office of the Authority and its colleges and institutes. The main recommendations were: - Review of the structure in the current organizational structure for the management of extra-curricular activity in the form of technical education in the light of the proposed organizational structure. - Work on the appointment of specialized cadres, especially graduates of the faculties of Fine Arts and Physical Education to fill the shortage in them now. | ||
