| The idea of establishing higher education in the history of modern Iraq after Wake up people of this country from a nap long before the First World War where he set up some schools, including the School of Law in 1908 and then rolled under different conditions and in periods and by reasons of the need for specialists was this school the first nucleus of higher education in the city of Baghdad. The Mraltalim a series of development in terms of the expansion and spread all the way to the founding of the University of Baghdad University in 1957, the mother, and inherited the first school in the history of the world the school that began between the corridors and halls of history and civilization.
