Sabih Salman hopes Research Summary Appeared in the recent developments and clear in the numerical results for games of various sports, and that these developments were the result of the influence of sports training (Download training) on the hardware functionality of the body of sports and as a result of continued training for long periods of time led to an adjustment in the hardware functionality of the body of sports The game of volleyball is one of the games that have witnessed significant growth and became occupies a prominent place in most countries of the world for excellence suspense and excitement and the multiplicity of the basic skills. Featuring a game of volleyball as requiring high physical capacities in general and need to be outstanding level of physical efficiency in particular, which have a direct and significant impact in the accuracy performance of the offensive skills, including sending the ball past the plane. And exercise for the continuation of the training process leading to physiological changes and that these changes reflected on the physical level of efficiency and this in turn will affect significantly the level of performance skills, especially when the performance of skill transmission overwhelming volleyball.
