Dmia Ali Abdullah Research Summary The sports training document according to scientific bases of the most important factors that enable us to reach the highest levels of sports in various games, has given developed countries considerable attention to the process of preparing the players to reach the achievements of the Supreme and the attainment of the first rank in international competitions because it reflects the development of science in those countries and sporting excellence is the outcome-based training on science and experience to get athletes to levels that qualify them to fight in tournaments and competitions through preparing the integrated support training on different aspects and overlapping with each other, such as physical, skill and mental, functional and others in the preparation of sports. To make the training is the means used to influence both the physical to the players as the codification will be studied in a scientific accompanied by progress in the general level (Alforma sports). It is therefore the most important fundamental factors that have led to significant progress recently in the field of sports is to promote high levels of reluctance training. And that the handball game with different skills require consistency and order in carrying capacity between the physical training.
