| Levels of burnout with the rulers of team sports in Palestine D. Ramzi Jaber official Research Summary The combustion of psychological terminology that emerged at the beginning of the seventies and especially in the field of work stress, and is now the most common terms in many areas, including sports. Suggests "Osama salary" (1997) that the phenomenon of combustion originated as early as the seventies in the field of work stress, the spread of this phenomenon in various fields, including sport is relatively new, and the light, it is noted that the number of research carried out for combustion in the sport is limited, especially burnout When judging sports. And starch, the emergence of the term burnout in the scientific literature was being linked to (pressure work) and was known as a state of exhaustion, mental, emotional, physical, caused by the devotion and sincerity and dedication in the ongoing performance of the work, but without achieving the expected benefit or without a return states (Allawi 0.1997: 120 .) In the view of "His name's salary" (2001), citing both "Frndnberg" (1980) and "Maslash" (1982) that the combustion as a case of exhaustion of the aspects of physical and mental, which lead to the concept of a negative person about himself or itself, in addition to the formation of negative attitudes towards work and life, people and others, as well as the lack of idealism and a sense of anger. Indicates "Mohammed Abdel-Ati" (1998), quoting "Smith," a definition of combustion of the psychological as a response characterized by exhaustion of mental and emotional shows the result of repetition of a major effort is not effective to meet the requirements of training and competition, he adds, "Smith" that the basic characteristic of combustion is the withdrawal of psychological, emotional and physical, of enjoyable activity in the past. It emphasizes "Mohammed Allawi" (1998) to the emergence of a lot of terms and concepts in a recent show or suggest that the phenomena of psychological and social needs in different, mostly some explanation and clarification so that we can achieve the desired scientific interest of this study. The phenomenon of burnout has received attention of many researchers in the field of sports. It is here representing the phenomenon of combustion power sports popular in recent years and is expected to increase to occur in the coming years due to the increased pressures associated with the process of arbitration. It has already determined the problem of the study to identify the levels of burnout in the rulers of the mass games in Palestine. Finally, research is dealing with the phenomenon of combustion to the rulers of the mass games are very few, so the researcher recommends the need for studies to find the phenomenon of combustion to the rulers of the mass games. | ||
