Abstract
Scientific Management is considered one of the factors that effect nation’s development, and realizing their aims in the scientific, economic and social sectors, especially in this era of great economic blocks and massive mergers in the environment of “Globalization”. From here comes the role of modern management as a natural result of managing different economic firms, and as a stimulus to creat and manage the work motivations of researchers, weither materialistic or spiritual, through validating the suitable working environment. Moreover, human societies, clash comes from this very strategic weapon that is considered the key standard of nations, development and aims realizing. We shall not ignore here that management is what widens the gap between developed and developing countries Depending on the a fore- mentioned comes the role of the Arab researcher in presenting research in different administrative fields to show the role and importance of modern management for the projects of scientific researches and development in the different Arab economic firms through creating the Arab joint work motivations make that aim accessible and show the problems of the Arab researcher in that field the subject of the motivations of the Arab researcher to publish in administrative field was chosen and Jordan was selected as a case study for many reasons. 1-The huge number of public and private universities in Jordan that are interested with scientific through their business administration and economics faculties within them and the existence of specialized centers and periodicals.
