So the process of preparation of the player and psycho him go hand in hand with aspects of physical and tactical skills and because "the psychological one of the pillars that underpin the training process as well as other elements of training." As for the game of volleyball and one of the games that you need to pay attention to emotional Balasttharh for the player to increase his achievement motivation. Where exposed to the player during the competition cases and the positions accompanied by psychological and emotional excitement, so the setup and configuration process of psychological became necessary and urgent for the player to be able to control his emotions and control his actions, and thereby increase the motivation of his accomplishment. And work motivation of achievement to urge the player to be advanced and outstanding among his peers in the team as the player would need for achievement and excellence working to stimulate and raise the potential energy of the friendly and working to increase and direct its efforts and energies towards achieving the desired goal, a feat high.
