| Abstract | ||
| 1-Islam took great care of Janin and its stages and two does it from. Al- faqaha'a showed to us the punishment if we attack it. 2- Many cases happened about abortion in the world . 3- gathering the views of mathahib in details according to their sayings and references. 4- we have many details abouts the stages of developing with the help of medical development. This shows to return to the judgement of abortion. 5- correcting the mistakes in some sayings and to go back to those mistakes and to depend on the best saying in abortion. | ||
