| Abstract | ||
| The research tackles the problems faced by teachers in their work in scientific, humanitarian colleges. It aims at diagnosing the type of problems of scientific, administrative, social and security and related matters. researcher used social survey method (sample survey), and also used the comparative approach to compare the kind of problems and overlap between the teachers in the scientific, humanitarian specializations. The questionnaire is also the main tool for collecting information and data. The research has come to the set of results especially there is many problems facing the teaching staff in scientific, administrative, social, and security fields. Moreover, it defined the most important problems such as the nature of the curriculum which lacking scientific analysis, the degraded scientific level of the students, and the decisions of the third round exams, in addition to, The delay of the scientific promotion, and lectures fees and so on. | ||
