| Bribery crimes known to one of the nations, and its history is associated largely with the history of nations, one of the most serious crimes against the duties of public office and reflected negatively on the development and progress of society. And the existence of bribery in government departments and agencies in most countries of the world can not deny the fact that any bribery exist in most countries of the world. Occupation U.S. on Qtrna for more than seven years have negatively impacted the lives of the vast majority of the members of the community and seemed is more pronounced when the staff at state agencies because of weak security controls within the institutions in one hand and the removal of the national spirit when members of the community on the other, prompting many of the staff committing this crime without awareness and a sense of citizenship and to maintain the level of economic and social Council in the country, but despite of the changes in the monthly salaries keep pace with the change that has occurred on many prices. | ||
