| Abstract | ||
| The research shows the abortion and its judgement in the Islamic legislation and divided it into two groups : 1- spontaneous abortion 2- optional abortion The spontaneous is without the ability of human being and explain its reasons . the elective is with the ability of human being . there is aremar; that are two views about the soul in the embryo and that without the soul . they also explained the proof from holy Koran and Al- suna. The research spoke about definition of embryo and the reasons of abortion. | ||
