| Abstract | ||
| 1 - interest is considered one of the forensic evidence by what came out of the forensic evidence and that their impact may exceed the practical impact of the verdicts in the door of worship. 2 - There is a split between religious doctrine and for enhancing the application. 3 - There is an effect of Nodal Investigation on the origins of Islamic jurisprudence, the most assets are scientists who wrote in the creed which they tied themselves to its limits and the rules of the door of faith committed themselves to the door of its assets and appears when you talk about interest in the assets of jurisprudence. 4 - To say that interest does not mean legislation provisions that bends Rather, it is to achieve the intent of the Law as stated by Imam al-Ghazali (mercy of Allah be upon him) | ||
