| Abstract | ||
| 1- The departure of a person from his country has different judgements, one of them is the beginning of fasting and seeing of the cresent in Islamic countries. 2- The rulers in Islamic countnes should declare the beginning of fasting when seeing the cresent. This helps the muslims in other countries to begin their fasting. 3- Almsgiving should be given in the same place of its obligatory. It can be changed if there is relatives in other places to that one who gives it and he is outside his country not in the original one. | ||
