| ABSTRACT The concept of fuzzy sets was introduced by (Zadeh L.A.) in 1965 and in 1982 (Liu W.J.) introduced the concept of fuzzy rings, fuzzy ideals and Since that time many papers were introduced in different mathematical scopes of theoretical and practical applications.
