| Abstract | ||
| 1-money means, all which has useful, Value and the state protects citizen`s money. 2- The state must protect their citizens from damages and bring back their money ,if it came as booties to the real owners without any charge. 3- The entry of the Muslims money to the occupied camps in the Islamic countries does not taking it as acquisition of Muslims money, they had no right to act freely as their own money they can't behave with those money by gifting and selling unless they take out those money outside Islamic countries therefore they can take it as their own(well – fortified)in their countries. 4-The removal of the damage from the trader who buy Muslim prosperities from disbeliever country by returning those prosperities to the owner and the money to the trader. 5- Safe permission to the Warrior to enter the Islamic country with condition that they will harm the Muslims and without forbidden acts. | ||
