Nabil Abdul-Kadhim Research Summary The world has seen developed scientifically in all areas of life, including the sports field, as witnessed breaking many records, through scientific planning programmed and systematized. And a game gymnastics is one of the games covered by this development as a result of competition of the world in the creation of modern scientific methods of training and risk prevention injuries that could affect the players as a result of physical exertion in excess of the normal limit and the reality on the members and the individual functional devices, and through the best use of mechanical preventive level can develop the technical performance and physical, psychological and functional. Is the mechanical preventive one of the mathematics that is working to achieve the results of advanced skills in various sports and study the forces acting on them through the use of methods, tools and technical equipment different that enable students to identify the most important steps the skill and efficiency in order to derive the means of development and progress-level sports in general and game gymnastics in particular. In order to protect players from the likelihood of injury, They found the technique of modern scientific based Albyumikanek and science of sports medicine as a basis for the preparation of a preventive program to develop and protect the shoulder joint and muscles working him, through an accurate knowledge of the mechanical natural movement of the shoulder joint in the game of gymnastics. | ||
