Abstract
The research aimed at Preparing educational curricula by using (Explaining & Live Sample) and (Video Images) styles and verify their effects on the improvement the performance of some movement skills with movement exercises on Floor Exercises for the Gymnastics players aged between 9-10 years.
The research was conducted sample of Gymnastics players aged between 9 - 10 years and they are 12 players.
The two researcher used the experimental curricula by designing measures for before and after-tests on the two groups (experimental and the disciplined)
the following conclusions were reached:
1. The results of the two groups in the after-tests showed that the two educational Curricula are progressed upon the traditional method by their activity on the development of fitness elements and learning the motion skills on the earth carpet the subject of the research.
2. The empirical group that used the two educational curricula s showed progress on the disciplined group in the after-tests for the motion skills where a differences were resulted through T Test for the independent sample.
The most important recommendations are:
1. Emphasize on using Explaining & Live Sample) and (Video Images) Curricula because they showed totality and sufficiency effected in learning the age between 9-10 years especially at the training centers.
2. The necessity for the trainers to pay attention to the motion skills on the Floor Exercises and on all other apparatus because they contain more than one main part, which effects the final score unless these skills are in one frame and sequenced as one skill.
