From here, the importance of muscle strength as one of the most important components of fitness, where most of the associated physical demands of football player and affect the level. And Identifying the physiological effects of strength training muscle of duties is important in sports training and by which to measure the level of the impact of the training process, development and access to the highest level of achievement, and that blood pressure is one of the indicators physiological task that reflect the level of efficiency of the heart and blood circulation.
