Abstract

The pressures faced by students of the university and derived mainly from the study and think about the future represent a major psychological threat to them may lead to imbalance and lack of balance in their abilities to cope with these pressures, which leads to psychological problems, including psychological imbalance in their agreement. In this regard, Kholi indicates that the continuing difficulties faced by the individual from his environment, which is trying to overcome to keep the situation of stability is often a stressful it can not overcome the psychological re-compatible (). The psychological adjustment is an important factor in building a personal sound that can enrich the community with everything that is positive, especially university students because they are men of today and the builders of the future. The study of psychological adjustment to our students in light of some negative phenomena taking place in our midst and the student university will no doubt support the development of educational values of our university of origin. And practices of university sports is one of the important educational tools in the process of psychological construction within the university through its significant role in the integrated and balanced education which is at the forefront of the goals of the university Altbooih. And that this research is to try to get to know the importance of practice sports in the psychological adjustment of the students of the University of Babylon, and put the results to the attention of those responsible for the attention and care of our students by working on the development of features of the educational positive and modifying paths and negative trends in their agreement the psychological lead without doubt to deal with life in all Dr. paper.
