| Dumping policy is conceder to be distinguished among a way of price discrimination markets in order to action Benefits for the exporting or producing country in the long term at the expense of importing country whose benefits may be limited in the short term in some cases. Iraq as one of the developing countries depends on the import in a large rate, especially after the open door which Iraq followed after the year 2003. There for such policy, which showed clearly the effect of the dumping policy. The continuity of dumping policy in local market will have serious impacts on the development process, especially in monopolistic control. This requires the preparation of an integrated institutional system to protect domestic producer and consumer from the effects of this policy | ||
