Abstract
Abstract The study was aimed to know the effect of the exudates metabolic of osmotic germination of seed plants Raphanus sativus ,Lepidium sativum , Vigna sinensis , Vigna nilotca , Sorghum vulgure , Zea mays , Portulaca alercea , Abelmoschus esculentus , Pisum sativum on the growth and pathogenicity of the Fusarium oxysporium f. sp. lycopersici (F.o.l.) and Rhizoctonia solani (R.s.) on tomato roots and biocontalagent Trichderma harzianum (T.h.) . The results of laboratory experiment showed for metabolic efficiency of osmotic roots and extract seeds and roots treatment plan Pisum sativum , where given the lower growth of the Diagonal fungal disease F.o.l. And R.s. And the highest growth of a Diagonal to fungi biocontalagent T.h. Reaching 0.46, 3.38 7.44 cm, respectively, compared with the highest growth of a Diagonal achieved in the treatment plant Abelmoschus esculentus for fungal disease and less growth in the treatment of Portulaca alercea to fungal biological control reaching 1.54, 5.77, 5.10 cm, respectively, also found that there are significant differences in the rates of plant parts used, which gave the treatment of seeds and roots of the fungal diseas is less growth Diagonal F.o.l. And R.s. Where they reached 0.87, 3.74 cm, respectively, compared with the highest growth Diagonal achieved the treatment of the comparison, which amounted to 1.50, 6.57 cm, respectively, while the achieved treatment of roots less than the growth of a Diagonal to fungus biocontalagentT.h. as it amounted to 6.51 cm compared with the highest growth of a Diagonal achieved in the treatment of the comparison, which was 7.00 cm. As observed the existence of significant differences between the different ages, where my treatment has given ages 2 and 8 days less than the growth of the Diagonal to fungul disease F.o.l. And R.s. It reached the 0.89 and 3.28 cm, respectively, compared with the highest growth achieved in the treatment of a Diagonal comparison, which amounted to 1.50,6.75cm, respectively. While the comparison treatment achieved the highest growth of a Diagonal to the fungus biocontalagent was 7.00 cm less growth compared with the less growth of a Diagonal achieved in the treatment ages 8 days old, which was 6.42cm
