| Abstract | ||
| New method for coding and encoding color image is performed by selection Algorithm for edges colors image , analysis it values with laplacain operator than coding by one of 24 keys from coding keys. The programmer can input any types and any size of image by this method, to convert the type to (.BMP)image type. The simulation contain three basic stages 1- Determent of the type and size image stage and edges colors 2- Analysis image stage 3- Processing image stage Pentium 4,1700GHz,Delphi language used to implementation this simulation the results show 100% of correct coding and encoding image. | ||
