Abstract
The-research-aims-to: - Constructing a measure of seriousness in the work of employees in the units of physical education and art teachers of physical education from the holders (PhD, Masters and BA)in the faculties of the University of Mosul. - Evaluating the degree of seriousness at work and psychological instability among workers in the units of physical education and art teachers of physical education from the holders (PhD, Masters, and BA) in the faculties of the University of Mosul. - Identify the relationship between the degree of seriousness in the work and psychological stability among workers in the units of physical education and technical certification campaign (Doctoral, Masters, and BA) in the faculties of the University of Mosul. Used the descriptive method-style survey and the correlation is adequate to the nature of the research, which included the research community to workers in the units of physical education and technical colleges of the University of Mosul for the year (2010-2011), who are teachers of physical education from the holders (PhD, Masters, and BA), and numbered ( 80) a teacher, distributors to colleges of the University of Mosul, the (20) College, and included the search tool on the scale (hard work), prepared by researchers adoption of the steps and the scientific procedures in the preparation of standards, and included identification of areas of the scale, and the formulation of the paragraphs of each area, and certified experts, and certified content, were prepared Guidelines for the measurement, and statistical analysis of the paragraphs bakacad (groups Almtdhad, and coefficient of internal consistency), was confirmed the stability of the standard manner (equity dissident style paragraphs (odd and even)), and use a scale (emotional stability), the researchers used statistical means the following: the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of simple correlation, and test (T), and equation (Spearman - Brown), and medium premise of the scale, and the percentage. The researchers reached the following conclusions: - The effectiveness of the scale, which was prepared for measuring the degree of seriousness in working conditions for workers in the units of physical education and art teachers of physical education from the holders (PhD, Masters, and BA) in the faculties of the University of Mosul. - Working in the units of physical education and technical degree holders (PhD, Masters, and BA) teachers of physical education and technical colleges of the University of Mosul, in general have much serious work and the stability of myself higher than average premise of the scale, indicating the enjoyment seriously and stability of the positive psychological impact well on the action sports university, in terms of turnout students to practice sports and to participate. - The presence of positive significant correlation coefficient between the degree of seriousness in the work and psychological instability among workers in the units of physical education and art teachers of physical education from the holders (PhD, Masters, and BA) in the faculties of the University of Mosul, increasing the degree of psychological stability have a positive influence on the degree of seriousness in the work.
