| Abstract | ||
| The aim of this study to investigate the effect of different concentrations of zinc acetate on spermatogenesis on male reproductive system of white rats. theerty male of white rats were treated with three concentration 4 , 8 , 16 mg / kg for 45 days (completed spermatogenesis cycle ) and then histological study was conducted by sectioning the testes animals . The data were showed signifigant decrease (p<0.05) in number of Spermatogonia ( 73.222) ; Spermatocyte ( 71.212 ) ; Spermatid ( 73.777) and Spermatozoa ( 70.111 ) for the highest concentration of zinc acetate and the examination of slides showed histological changes in testes such as odema and separation of germ cells . | ||
