| Abstract | ||
| This Research aim to investigate the identification and analysis the information content of the stock dividend, which becomes the dominant mark of the earning dividend at the reported companies, which listed in Amman Sock Exchange. The hypothesis testing results referred to an identity in the information content dimension of the stock dividend with the knowledge view. However, the financing dimension has a variation rate bigger than the information dimension, which indicates a conclusion that companies sample under study use this dividend to comply with their fund needs and to expand the capital basis. | ||
