| The choice of young people for the exercise of activities of various sports is of great importance in order to access them to high levels in the future and here it must be stressed that the achievement of this goal does not happen only if there is training from a young age and the selection of these young people and guidance for the activity appropriate for them is no longer up to the accident where the process has been based on a scientific basis is the result of a lot of efforts through scientific studies and research in this area. And highlights the importance of research through to reach an objective method in the selection process in the sport of swimming away from the selection discretionary self, which is often far from the scientific foundations which cause the loss of a lot of efforts as well as on the implications of the failures of sports, in order that the reaching objective selection process to achieve desired goals in promoting the sport of swimming and the achievement of excellence will inevitably lead to the achievement of those objectives. | ||
