The object of this paper to compare between maximum likehood estimator and bays estimator for reliability function of a mixture exponential distributions, for two sub populations, then using simulation style to generate a random numbers with exponential distribution by a different parameter for each sub-population to compare between reliability function estimator for failure times, in case It is possible to assign each unite to the appropriate sub- population
