The study aims to :
1. Prepare special exercises in Wrestling and identify transformation of its effects in learning forward hand spring on floor exercises .
2. Identify differences between the results of test forward hand spring on floor exercises ( prior and posterior ) for two groups the control and empiric .
3. Identify differences between groups ( the control and empiric ) in the results of test backward hand spring on floor exercises , posterior .
The researcher is applied empirical Curricula on the sample was elected intentionally , included ( 10 ) players , their ages are from 9 to 10 years , as it is divided randomly applying lotto method dividing them into even group five players per each group . Upon identifying the individuals of the sample by its two groups the control and empiric , it’s made the prior test on Sunday , Des . 05, 2010 and applied the main empiric on Wednesday , Des . 07, 2010 for ( 8 ) weeks ( 2 ) units per a week , the time of each unit was ( 30 ) minutes only for the main part . while the educational units were done on all apparatuses normally as per the program applied by technical committee of the federation , so that the empiric group was subjected for special exercises in wrestling for ( 4 ) weeks . After that transfers to learning forward hand spring for ( 4 ) weeks , according to learn syllabus which is traditional while the control group was subjected for traditional curricula practice for ( 4 ) weeks . After completion the main empiric , it was retest again on Sunday , Feb. 02 .2011 , upon processing data by a computer applied SPSS Ver 10 software , its concluded the following :
1. the results were showed that the empiric group has superiority rather than the control group in forward hand spring .
2. the results were showed that two groups were developed in performance .
recommendation :
1. interesting in some skills or exercises of wrestling should be increased , for it’s important in learning or developing some skills in gymnastics .
2. Using principles of transformation between the same skills to get a good learning . |
