Abstract

The research procedures included the use of intentional way to choose students who are students of the second phase were randomly chosen people, has included research on the educational program continued for a period of (8) weeks, (2) in the week and time of the module (60) minutes. By processing the results reached by the researcher 1 - The results of balance tests the performance of the experimental group used to provide balance exercises a posteriori tests on the pretest. 2 - The results of tests of balance and level of performance of the control group provides a posteriori tests on the pretest. The researcher recommended the recommendations: 1 - some of the skills and attention to exercises balance of their importance in the education and skills to develop some of the gymnastic apparatus, particularly the balance beam. 2 - the need for ongoing testing to determine the equilibrium level of different types to determine the degree of the impact of the approach in the development of balance.
