| The importance of moral values and the importance of adherence was one of the dominant concepts, past and present have occupied the morality wide area of human thought, and perhaps the paramount importance of ethics comes from being an essential element of a society and an ingredient essential component of his being and character, there is no society can continue without that is governed by a set of laws, rules and values governing the relations of individuals to each other and summarized the research problem in identifying the level of moral obligation for volleyball players in the Iraqi universities of the southern region, as our educational institutions, social, religious, emphasize the importance of ethics in the life of the individual and groups And was the target of Search: 1 - measuring the moral obligation of the volleyball players in the Iraqi universities of the southern region. 2 - to identify the best measure of a paragraph in the middle in terms of likely and weight percentile. Included presumably Search: 1 - The paragraphs of this scale contribute to measuring the moral obligation of the volleyball players in the Iraqi universities of the southern region. 2 - there is a difference between the paragraphs of the scale in terms of the center weighted and weight percentile.
