Abstract
Research was to study the effect of area and impact of prices on the production of rice in Iraq using Adhoc model to the variables in a delay of Foreign Affairs and OLS, and the Koyck model to the variables of the internal delay my way OLS, IV the adoption of a time series for the period (2008-1980). The results showed that the impact of the space exceeds the impact of prices in the production of rice as a model Adhoc and they explain 64% of production variables, and they explain 71% of production changes when used in the Koyck model, while prices explain 59% of production changes in the same form. There is considerable variation in the indicators of the time delay between the impact area and the impact of prices on the increase of production by Koyck model and OLS in a manner for the benefit of space ten times in the short and long term. There are also very effective for the weights of the variables Alambtoh time to transform the space and prices to final production in the first three years and 95%, 90% each, respectively. The study concluded the need to use delay time variables in economic analysis of their importance and their contribution in making informed decisions by producers in the allocation of economic resources.
