Abstract
Abstract Due to the increasing importance of direct Due investment in international economy as a main factor to obtain developed technology, financing and expanding markets ,Arab Gulf States endeavor to get advantage of capital movement globally. The importance of the study is due to its attempt to clarify the foreign investments role in achieving economic goals as well as gaining profits out of Gulf investments abroad. The study hypothesizes that Gulf investments have participated in merging gulf economy into internationals on one part but foreign investment is still inefficient in Gulf States. The study aims at estimating the external gulf investment amount, the amount of foreign investment in Gulf States, and the rate it represents in international investments, understanding obstacles and reasons of not making use of Arab and international investments, and identifying the degree of connection that Gulf States have with international investments. The study falls into four parts: First: variability of international investments. Second: Gulf investment abroad. Third: A- Direct foreign investment in GCCS. B- Factors of attracting foreign investment to Arab Gulf States. C- Direct and flow of foreign investment into Gulf States. 0- Arab Gulf States. Fourth: Investment and merging gulf economy into internationals. The study with conclusion and recommendations.
