| Abstract | ||
| Derived from the importance of economic policies (Economic Policies) in the fact that a set of rules, methods, procedures and practical measures undertaken by the state, and control decisions to achieve economic goals of the national economy in light of the possibilities available and the objective conditions and during certain period of time, was to be for a period of one year or for a few years, and therefore does not come out the concept of economic policy as being (goals, tools, and time). As well as they reflect the elaboration and the embodiment of the principles or philosophy that guides economic activity to achieve the economic aspirations. In spite of the variation principles and implications of intellectual adopted by the experiences of economic policies on the basis of the nature and philosophy of the political system prevailing in the country and the possibilities and Natural Resources (Natural Resources) are available and the surrounding environment in each experiment internally, regionally and internationally, they in Iraq has taken a different path in its contents the intellectual and its practical applications, it did not fall in the hierarchy of the natural evolution of the State, but came after the U.S. occupation of Iraq after April 2003, which led to the overthrow of political power and the destruction of a comprehensive Iraqi state institutions, and then proceed to the restructuring of political power (*).
