| Abstract Knowledge management and its role in epistemic society construction and sustainable human development achievement "Analytic study of experiments sample from world and Arabian countries" Dr.Nagham H. Neama Al-Nahrain University/ College of Business Economics Today, it has been so clear that we have a new form of societal development based its pattern of control and authority on knowledge. The status and the importance of knowledge industry would be so great when describing it as the basic component in constructing modern economies, and the power of epistemic activities would be supported to accede the more sensitive and influence sectors in social production system. For all that, knowledge appeared as being the most important aspect of power in tomorrow world, that is due to its active and influential role in preparation of human capital and well taking advantage in sustainable human development process. The human being with capabilities and abilities is as the starter and instrument of development as its destination and final goal. Unless reviewing our development strategies and making the investment in minds-mines is our basic issue and taking number one in our priorities, since it is the ideal investment for present and future, then we will lose, with out any justification, one of the most important opportunities to enter in the marathon fields which as a result sorting the peoples contributing in drawing physiognomies of tomorrow, from those peoples whom taking the spectator site for what happens. | ||
