| Abstract | ||
| The technological advances of the most important elements that contributed to change the features of the map of international banking, where he helped in turning a large number of banks to electronic transactions and the expansion of the use of e-commerce and banking services developed, causing a radical change in the patterns of banking in a way that threatens the traditional form for banks. So it has become imperative for the Arab banks meet these challenges by taking appropriate steps to help them engage in the global economy and to stand on an equal footing with international banks by re-formulating strategies and policies more sophisticated and comprehensive shift towards electronic banking, in order to pursue trends creative in banking operations, international and improve the quality of banking service and raise the efficiency of the thus enhancing their competitiveness on domestic and international arenas. | ||
